EXCHANGES:
We only accept exchanges for the same item if your jewelry arrives broken, is missing a stone or has a closure mistake.
A request for an exchange of the same item, must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
If your exchange request is nor submitted under the estimated time period, the exchange request won't be valid.

I GOT PRE-SALE ITEMS:
Your order is subject to delay due covid-19, holidays or high amount of orders.
Any order purchased during pre-sale can't be refunded but it can be changed for any other piece (in the price range) or you can receive store credit.
Sadly we don't cancel pre sale items orders, but you can always reach our team and we can make you an exchange of the piece or give you store credit.
I WOULD LIKE A REFUND:
After placing an order, we don't make any kind of refunds if your order hasn't shipped yet you can ask for store credit.
I FORGOT TO ADD MY DISCOUNT CODE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
No problem! Get in touch and we can make you a store credit code for the difference.
