WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?

EXCHANGES:
We only accept exchanges for the same item if your jewelry arrives broken, is missing a stone or has a closure mistake.

A request for an exchange, must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your exchange request is nor submitted under the estimated time period, the exchange request won't be valid.

Items must be returned in its original state with all the packaging attached.

 

PRE-SALE ITEMS:

Your order is subject to delay due covid-19, holidays or high amount of orders.

Any order purchased during pre-sale can't be refunded. 

 

REFUNDS:

All items are final sale, we don't make any kind of refunds or give store credit.
